The warranty period is 36 months (3 years) from the date of commissioning. It does not apply to works and transport costs. A heat pump covered by an extended warranty of 3 years must undergo 2 prescribed warranty inspections after the first and second year of operation. Warranty inspections may only be carried out by the manufacturer or an authorized company authorized by him, which has a valid authorization for this activity. The first warranty inspection is scheduled for the period after the end of the 1st heating season, but no later than 17 months from the date of commissioning.<\/p><p>Second warranty inspection after the end of the 2nd heating season, but no later than 28 months from the date of commissioning. The operator of the heat pump is responsible for ordering the warranty inspection in time and bears the costs of its implementation. The valid price of the warranty inspection is listed on the website www.thermannpro.cz.
