R290 has excellent thermodynamic properties, which increases the efficiency of heat pumps and reduces energy consumption.

Environmental friendliness

R290 has a very low global warming potential (GWP ≈ 3) and zero ozone depletion potential (ODP = 0).

Wider temperature range

R290 allows efficient operation even at very low temperatures and can heat water to higher temperatures (e.g. up to 75°C without additional electric heating).

Lower refrigerant charge

Thanks to its better properties, a smaller amount of R290 is required compared to other refrigerants.

Higher leaving water temperature

The maximum outlet water temperature can reach up to 75°C using only a heat pump, making it an ideal solution for modernizing heating. This system effectively replaces a gas boiler with radiators and ensures comfortable space heating.

Intelligent defrosting system

The defrosting system adapts to current weather conditions and takes into account multiple factors simultaneously. This prevents common problems such as ineffective de-icing or unnecessary defrosting. Its reliability has been thoroughly verified through rigorous laboratory tests, including snowfall simulation.

Adaptive power control

The R290 heat pump intelligently regulates its output according to the electrical signals received.

Cascade sorting function
